DMCA & Content Removal

Our Role

Hypno Goon is a content aggregator. We do not host, store, or re-distribute media files. We index metadata (titles, thumbnails, links) from Reddit and Soundgasm, which point directly to content on those platforms.

If the content you wish to remove is hosted on Reddit or Soundgasm, you should file your takedown request directly with them. They are the hosting party and have the authority to remove the content at its source.

Requesting Removal from Our Index

If you want a post removed from our index (search results, feed, metadata), send a removal request to support@hypno-goon.com with the following information:

• Your full name or the name of the rights holder you represent.
• A description of the copyrighted work or content you claim has been infringed.
• The URL(s) on our site where the content appears.
• The original source URL (Reddit/Soundgasm post).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Response Time

We review all valid requests and will process legitimate takedowns within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5 business days. Incomplete or bad-faith requests may be disregarded.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@hypno-goon.com with your contact information, a description of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake.
